At our initial meeting we will determine exactly what has happened and then we will initiate a policy discovery process to find all policies that you have (Most you will know about, however in our experience there are usually some forgotten or lost policies that may provide a windfall if unearthed).

We’ll go through your case in detail, to discover what cover was in place when you were injured or diagnosed.

After this meeting we will remain in close contact with you to gather all relevant documentation.

Step 2.

Policy discovery – We get to work on the finer details

At Help Me Claim we take an in-depth look at your policies, and determine whether you have grounds to claim.

Once all policies are bought to light, the second phase is to determine which, if any policies are likely to respond in your particular circumstance. This involves contacting the relevant insurers to discuss the particulars of your potential claim and all the while keeping you informed of the current situation and our next move.

Step 3.

Claim preparation and submission- Getting you the most desirable result possible.

Once all the information needed is collected, we’ll prepare and lodge all the necessary paperwork required to substantiate your claim. We will stay in touch with you the entire time, letting you know our next move at every stage.
