CLASSICAL BALLET

Classical Ballet is the most important training technique used to assist in dance development. Classical Ballet strengthens and improves technique and overall dance quality in all styles of dance. A student learning ballet will gain poise, grace, body alignment, flexibility, musicality, skill, discipline, creativity and  confidence. Students with a sound classical training can pick up most other styles of dance with great ease.
Exams usually begin when the child is in grade one at school.
